It is very important to protect your skin on changeable weather conditions. Hands are the most exposed part of our body in the cold winter weather and it is a must to protect our skin from cracking and drying. There are many products on the market, but they are chemically based with almost no exception so we suggest you prepare a healthy one for your skin.
Ingredients:
  • 25ml of lavender macerate
  • 25ml of rose macerate
  • 10ml of cold-pressed oil avocado oil
  • 10ml of cold-pressed castor oil
  • 10g of beeswax
  • 30ml of glycerin
  • 5ml of aloe vera gel, paraben free
  • 6 drops of lavender essential oil
  • 3 drops of tea tree essential oil
Pour glycerin and aloe vera into a bowl and mix with a spoon. Pour all the oils into a container that is heat resistant and heat them all – to 70 C maximum. Check the temperature with a thermostat if you have one. In case you do not have it, heat the oils for a minute or two and mix the wax in. The moment it begins to melt, remove the container from the heat. Stir the ingredients until the wax is completely melted.
Stir the mixture for some time – that is while they are warm. When the cooling begins, pour glycerin and aloe vera into the mixture and keep stirring with a spoon. The cream will thicken fast so pour it immediately into a jar and close it with a lid.
