Many natural face masks can provide the skin with a glow and clear up any skin problem. Dark circles under the eyes are purely an aesthetical problem, but they are inevitable with aging. Here’s how to prepare this mask:
Ingredients
Clean bowl and spoon
Almond oil
Milk
Flour
Turmeric powder
Preparation
You need to prepare a paste from the ingredients. Take some milk and add the ingredients slowly, but don’t add to much. Add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a teaspoon of almond oil. Take a gram of flour, also known as garbanzo bean flour, and add two tablespoons of it into the bowl. Mix everything well and add milk if the paste is too dry.
Wash your face first, then apply a thin layer of the mask, but be careful not to get it into your nose or eyes. Leave it on for 20 minutes, then wash it off with warm water.
Turmeric and its active ingredient, curcumin, have numerous health benefits. This compound acts as an antioxidant that can prevent acne and skin breakouts, dark circles under the eyes and wrinkles.
